The graphite crucibles are mainly used for smeltering bronze,electrolyic copper,brass,copper-alloy,medium carbon steel,magnetic steel, gold, silver,zinc,aluminum,alloy,etc.

The graphite crucibles are produced according to China National Standard,and the specifications are also adjustable upon customers' request.
Size: From 0.5# to 1600#,the capacity: each one number can smelt one kg of copper. 

Physical properties:                                                                 

Refractoriness:equal or more than 1660.                                             

Volume density:1.75g/cm3                                                           

Compression strength: ≥ 9.5Mpa(on the bottom)                                            

The graphite crucibles must be kept dry and placed in dry places and keeping from moisture.

For prevention of crack,dry the crucibles by fire before use so as to remove the damp from them.

The lifting apparatus of crucibles must be conforming to the shape of crucibles and handle with care.

Crucibles must be heated evenly and the best way is to avoid strong oxidizing flame blowing directly against the crucibles.
